Waterways: Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) Code review
The code is being reviewed against a continuing commitment to maintain the 40% reduction on water usage in new developments, refurbishments and extensions.
- The Review will consider the cost implications on housing affordability and provide recommendations on increasing the range of permissible options to achieve the targets.
- It will also provide maximum flexibility for developers to lower costs.
