I think the installation is an eye-sore in our national capital parklands. I believe it is a softening-up process to permit eventual development of all the parkland around the lake for apartments, until the whole lake looks like concrete Kingston. More parkand is being allienated every year. Glebe Park is down to one eighth of its original size and more of its open space is about to be used to expand the Casino.
