PROPOSAL FOR FENCE - construction of fence, and associated works.

PROPOSAL FOR MULTI UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND LEASE VARIATION - demolition of 5 existing dwellings and the construction two-storey building comprising of 22 apartments, basement car parking, new driveways, verge works, landscaping and associated works. Lease variation to consolidate blocks 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 into 1 block, include 'supportive housing' use and to remove the maximum number of permitted dwellings.
