Walter Burley Griffin Society logoThis article is from the latest edition of the Walter Burley Griffin Society newsletter. It is a really big idea, which all right-minded Canberrans should could embrace. That is, to nominate Canberra and the Australian Capital Territory as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

Many might agree that such a nomination would help in the efforts to conserve our natural and cultural heritage and hopefully lead to better planning outcomes in both the territory and federal spheres of influence.
