The ACT Government has developed an online resource to help Canberrans access information about the range of concessions that are available. The dedicated web portal is part of the new direction for ACT Government concessions, which includes a new policy framework for the delivery of concessions.
The new framework was developed after a review of concessions across the ACT Government last year, which looked at how access to concessions was promoted, how concessions were accessed, and the different needs of individuals in the community.
