The Standing Committee on Planning, Public Works and Territory and Municipal Services has extended the closing date for submissions to the Inquiry into Inner North Residential Redevelopment Policies until 30 January 2010.
The Committee will be preparing an Issues Paper to be released around November 2009 to assist individuals and organisations to understand the current Territory Plan provisions around RZ3 and RZ4 zones and other residential development policies related to this inquiry, which may also assist the drafting of submissions.
Additionally, the Committee has agreed to publish the 2008 report prepared by the ACT Planning and Land Authority entitled ‘North Canberra RZ3 and RZ4 Residential Redevelopment Policy Monitoring and Impact Evaluation’ to provide additional information for those interested in this inquiry.
