The Grand Party in the Park is a free event for grandparents, grandchildren, friends and family and will feature live entertainment, children’s activities, stalls and tasty food – a fun day out for all ages!

This event will be the first combined celebration of the four Seniors Clubs of Canberra:
- Woden Seniors Inc
- Tuggeranong 55 Plus Club
- Canberra Seniors Centre Inc
- Belconnen Senior Citizens Club Inc
A free shuttle bus pick up and drop off and return for seniors will be running from the car park on Constitution Avenue opposite The CIT every 15 min to Glebe Park (Akuna St) from 10.30am till 3.30pm.
The Grand Party in the Park is coordinated by Communities@Work and the Department of Territory and Municipal Services (TAMS).
