ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an armed robbery at the Caltex service station in Braddon which occurred around 3:10am this morning (Thursday 10 June).
Two males entered the service station, jumped over the counter and assaulted the male store attendant. The offenders also threatened the attendant with a baseball bat and a knife. The offenders stole an amount of cash and cigarettes.
One of the offenders is described as having an Asian appearance, about 175 centimetres tall (5’9”), with a solid build. He was wearing a grey hooded jumper as well as a red beanie on his head (under hood).
The other offender is described as being about 170 to 173 centimetres tall (5’7” to 5’8”) with a thin build. He was wearing a black hooded jumper and a black balaclava.
