The community is invited to comment on a proposal to vary the Territory Plan for the Cooyong Street Urban Renewal Precinct (draft variation 308).
The area is currently occupied by the Allawah, Bega and Currong Flats and various church uses.
The draft variation proposes to change the zoning and introduce a precinct code which would allow high density residential and mixed-use redevelopment of the site with some retail, community and office space.
