The NCCC is a strong advocate of Master Planning with the aim of creating sustainable communities.  In particular the proposed 1600 unit residential development on 15 hectares of university land.  Also of interest is the intention of designing the homes that are sustainable featuring solar passive design, solar street lighting and infrastructure, rainwater harvesting and electric vehicle charging stations.  Has consideration been given to housing diversity and affordability?

Academy for Interactive Entertainment Future Intentions Plan (20mins including questions)
