ACTPLA has an article online on that explains how changes to legislation last year mean that anyone wishing to unit title two units that sit side by side has to have the unit title application lodged with ACTPLA by 9 September 2009.
Additionally to assist individuals meeting this deadline ACTPLA has made some changes to the way the application process works.
