Sexual Assult

ACT Policing is seeking the assistance of the public in its investigation of the sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman in Civic early this morning (Sunday 6 June). The crime occurred around 2am in the car park near Hobart Place in Civic. The victim was walking with another female when they were approached by up to five males. The female victim was lured away from the group to the car park where she was sexually assaulted by a number of these males. The males were seen to leave the area in a Holden Statesman, possibly white or silver in colour.
