Reminder: Notification of development applications over the Christmas/New Year period (14-24 December 2009)

There will be no cut off period for the lodgement of Development Applications (DAs) that require notification before the 2009 – 2010 Christmas / New Year Period. However, an additional 10 working days will be added to the notification period for DAs notified between 14 December and Thursday 24 December 2009. ACTPLA Customer Service Centres in Dickson and Mitchell will close at 4.30 pm Thursday 24 December 2009 and re-open at 8.30 am on Monday 4 January 2010.
