The National Capital Authority has recently issued Draft Development Control Plan (DCP) No:171/10/0002 in response to proposals for a renewed service station/restaurant on the Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC) site; and a $15million hotel complex on the Kamberra winery site on Northbourne Avenue in north Canberra. The Canberra Times covered both of these stories on March 2. This article contains a transcription of the newspaper articles and Figure 3 extracted from the DCP showing the land subject to the plan.
