Canberra Times: Wine group plans $15m hotel complex

The National Capital Authority has recently issued Draft Development Control Plan (DCP) No:171/10/0002 in response to proposals for a renewed service station/restaurant on the Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC) site; and a $15million hotel complex on the Kamberra winery site on Northbourne Avenue in north Canberra.
