The following notification was received by the North Canberra Community Council: Proposed fit-out of new leased premises for the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency at the New Acton Nishi building, Edinburgh Avenue, Canberra City, ACT The above proposal has been referred to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Works for consideration and report to the Commonwealth Parliament. The Committee is required by the Public Works Committee Act 1969 to report to Parliament on the need for each work, if the proposed work will adequately satisfy the need, if the estimated cost of the work can be justified and
