The ACT Department of Department of Environment, Climate Change, Energy & Water is organising a planting day at the Banksia Street Wetland. Sunday 14 March 9am to 12pm

The Chronicle: Wetland work begins

A generous budget of $370,000 for the highly anticipated Banksia St, O’Connor wetland has been approved. Community members will be entrusted to plant 50,000 seedlings to enhance the wetlands and surrounds. Artwork is included in the budget.
