ACTPLA will be holding public information sessions regarding the changes proposed under the Planning and Development Amendment Bill No. 2. The Planning and Development Amendment Bill No. 2 will make a number of amendments to the Planning and Development Act 2007. Invitation to Comment: Planning and Development Amendment Bill No.2 (closing 26 November 2009)

ACTPLA has advised that the Planning and Development Amendment Bill No. 2 has been released for public consultation. The Planning and Development Amendment Bill No. 2 will make a number of amendments to the Planning and Development Act 2007. The amendment bill follows the introduction of Planning and Development Amendment Bill No 1, tabled in the Assembly on 27 August 2009, which made permanent a number of changes that had already been made via regulation.
