I support this development proposal.
We need more housing close to the CBD. Most of the extra traffic will flow onto Limestone Ave or Northbourne. It’s walking distance to the light rail and to Ainslie shops. A fair amount of the development area is parking, not valuable recreation space.
Reducing the constant property price rises of the past 20+ years is a benefit, not a negative.
