Invitation to comment: ACT Legislation Register—User Survey 2010 (closing 26 March 2010)

The ACT legislation register is an authorised electronic statute book that provides the community with free and quick access to ACT legislation and related information. The register is central to the making, notification, commencement, operation, interpretation, proof, republication, amendment and repeal of legislation and instruments made under legislation. The register has been in operation since 12 September 2001. Since that time it has had many enhancements and most recently a new search function has been installed.

The Parliamentary Counsel’s Office (PCO) is seeking your input to help us identify where the register is meeting your needs and where the register could do more. Whether you’re a regular user or will be having a look at the register for the first time, please let us know what you think.

The survey will be available until 5.00pm on Friday 26 March 2010. If you have any questions call PCO on 6205 3700. Please visit the register website at www.legislation.act.gov.au to complete the survey.
