Would you like to participate in a FREE Self Management Course proven highly successful and used worldwide?

  • 2½ hours a week for 6 weeks;
  • Course leaders include a health professional and a person with a long term condition

COURSE 1 – Phillip

Where:       Phillip Health Centre, Cnr Corinna & Keltie Streets, Phillip ACT 2606

When:         Monday, July 25, August 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29 – 10.00 am – 12.30pm
