You are invited to attend a drop-in information session on Tuesday 29 November 2011 at the ACT Hockey Centre, Mouat Street, Lyneham between 6.00pm and 8.00pm.
As part of this process, the block, part Section 64 Lyneham, which is bordered by the Lyneham Tennis Courts, Yowani Country Club and part of the residential development known as “The Sanctuary” has been identified for sale. See attached plan. (see attached letter and map)

Lyneham is a suburb of Canberra, in the Australian Capital Territory. It is named after Sir William Lyne, premier of the Australian state of New South Wales from 1899 to 1901. The suburb was gazetted in 1928, but development did not commence until 1958. Like many other suburbs in inner Canberra, it is currently undergoing gentrification.
The North Canberra Community Council (NCCC) is an incorporated, voluntary, not for profit, community based association operating within the North Canberra Districts of the Australian Capital Territory. NCCC is formally recognised as the peak community representative body in North Canberra representing the interests of the local residents and the communities within North Canberra. NCCC receives partial funding from the ACT Government as the peak community representative body in the North Canberra District.
