ACTPLA Development Applications

The ACT Planning and Land Authority receives development applications on a continual basis from developers and other parties.  These applications can be inspected at ACTPLA’s Customer Service Centre at 16 Challis St Dickson.

If you think an application may affect you in any way you may submit written comments (representations) to the Applications Secretariat by:

deliver: to ACTPLA customer service centre at 16 Challis St Dickson

Your comments must be received by ACTPLA during the specified public notification period. Comments received outside that period will not be considered.

While the North Canberra Community Council endeavours to keep residents informed of relevant applications it does not warrant that the information on its website is complete, accurate or relevant.  Residents must make their own inquiries.
