The ACT Government is hosting a public meeting with Ainslie residents to develop a tree management plan for Corroboree Park on 15 March 2010.

A condition assessment has been undertaken of the trees in Corroboree Park and along the adjoining roads

The purpose of the meeting is to share the results of the assessment with the community and work with them to develop a plan for future management of the trees in this important Park.

The tree management plan, which is expected to be completed by June this year, will outline the measures needed to maintain a healthy treed landscape for future generations, which recognises the historic values of the park.

When: Monday 15 March 2010 (6.00pm – 8.30pm)
Location: Community Hall in Corroboree Park, Ainslie
